Boomer at Pet Night

Pet Night on Capitol Hill is a great Washington tradition, and I loved checking it out with Martha Scott. I made so many new friends, like Dana Brooks and Sandy Moore. Of course, the best part was being there for the announcement of the Cutest Pets on Capitol Hill Contest!
